The unobstructed view from my room of Neuschwanstein Castle, blanketed in snow, was truly breathtaking, creating a magical ambiance. The hotel's attention to detail, from the well-appointed room with modern amenities replenished daily, to the delightful dining experience with excellently prepared meals, showcased their commitment to excellence. The friendly and courteous staff added a warm touch, ensuring a memorable stay. The seamless communication prior to their Christmas Party closure reflected their professionalism, reassuring any initial concerns.
